Returns and Refunds
Most of our products are made-to-order based on your unique design and personalization choices.
Customized Products
Each poster is made to order from the design you approve. Once production has begun, we therefore cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind or an error in the personalized information submitted during creation.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. If printing has not yet started in our workshops, we will do everything possible to accommodate your request. info@autempsdestoiles.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your poster arrives damaged in transit, exhibits a printing defect, or does not match your order, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After reviewing the issue, we will promptly arrange a free replacement or, when appropriate, a refund.
Digital Products
High-definition digital files are non-refundable once generated and made available, subject to rights provided by applicable law. If a file has a technical issue or does not match the approved design, contact us and we will correct it or provide an appropriate solution.
Legal Framework & Consumer Rights:
This policy never limits statutory rights or warranties. The no-return policy for changes of mind on personalized products does not apply to damaged, defective or non-conforming goods, which remain covered by applicable consumer protections.
