Most of our products are made-to-order based on your unique design and personalization choices.
Customized Products
Once production of your personalized print has begun, we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations for simple changes of mind or errors in submitted details (e.g. misspelled custom title).
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. If printing has not yet started in our workshops, we will do everything possible to accommodate your request. info@autempsdestoiles.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your poster arrives damaged in transit, exhibits a printing defect, or does not match your order, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will immediately arrange a free reprint and replacement or an appropriate solution.
Digital Products
Downloadable high-definition digital files are non-refundable once generated and delivered. In case of any technical issue, contact us and we will promptly rectify the file.

This policy does not limit statutory rights and warranties. Applicable consumer protection laws fully apply to defective or non-conforming goods.
